Shipping Information:We are constantly building our inventory to serve you better and reduce the waiting time for your orders. We appreciate your business, and will continue to work hard to earn it!

Due to the huge selection of products, we do not stock every item on the website. We do stock items that sell on a regular basis and in most cases we can ship orders in 7 business days or less. Orders received after 3pm central time will be shipped the following day.  Regular shipping days Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays.

 

Product Warranty:Every manufacturer has their own warranty. We stand behind the manufacturer's warranty on all products. Due to the differences in computer monitors and coloring, we offer no warranty for the product images or descriptions. If you have a question on a product image, feel free to call the store before purchasing.

Return Policy

J.R.'s Western Store has a 30-day return privilege, from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Items must be appropriately packaged and boxed. Include a copy of the sales receipt along with an explanation for reason for return and whether store credit, exchange or refund is requested. CUSTOM ORDERS, SALE MERCHANDISE, BITS, BOOKS  are NON REFUNDABLE. Allow adequate time to process your return and credit to be posted.

Please contact us if package is lost or any shortages immediately.

              Please try boots or shoes on a carpeted surface. No boots will be accepted for refund if soles are marked or scuffed up.

              Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds or credits will have shipping charges deducted from them.

              Packages must be post marked within 30 business days of the receipt, or your return will result in a store credit rather than a cash refund.

                                                                                      We ask that you give us at least two (2) weeks to process your return.

While we accept returns, no questions asked, if you have a concern you wish to talk to us about, we welcome your feedback. We value our customers and their opinions. If there's something you think we can do to improve, we want to hear about it
